《打卡吧！吃货团》是一档户外美食趣味真人秀节目，五位嘉宾组成吃货团，带领大家坐上吃货的小火车一起“逛吃，逛吃”，打卡六大城市及其各具特色的九大美食，领略不同城市的美食和人文风情。在每一座城市的行程中，都会有1位嘉宾作为当地向导，带领吃货团成员通过各种打卡方式打卡9道最能代表当地特色的美食，吃货团只有打卡成功才能品尝美食，并在旅途中体验当地独特的饮食文化。旅行总有许多惊喜，反转剧情不断上演，在打卡过程中，更有吃货团与路人碰撞出趣味火花。
